ABSTRACT
Having now reviewed the leadership approaches in the previous chapter determines the characteristics of the reflective leader and will further explore reflective leadership using emotional intelligence, appreciative intelligence and narrative intelligence and determine the outcomes of being a reflective leader whilst alerting the reader that we must also keep in mind that being a reflective leader does not replace the necessary skills and competence required by effective leaders noted earlier in the book.
