ABSTRACT
The conclusion draws together key themes from the book and goes on to hypothesise that reflective leadership approaches can help develop leaders that are able to respond and act in-on and action plan for situations in practice. The conclusion then posits the values, challenges and projections for reflective leadership that will drive a forward, positive focus towards care provision in a world that continually changes and often includes new and difficult situations.
