ABSTRACT
The endorsement process seems straightforward at first glance, finds a supervisor with the appropriate credentials, and then fills in the AEPA-76 form via the AHPRA website to have your registrar programme approved. However, deciding if you are ready to undertake endorsement, who will be the most appropriate person to supervise you, and becoming familiar with the detailed requirements of the required hours of psychological practice, supervision, and CPD are important to understand before you start the process. This chapter provides an overview of the endorsement process and what to expect from supervision and the registrar programme.
