ABSTRACT
A business meeting is a gathering in which a purposeful exchange or transaction occurs among two or more people with a common interest, purpose, or problem. Many meetings, of course, turn out to be neither purposeful nor productive, but the best of them can help to solve problems, build consensus, provide training, gather opinion, and move an organization forward. Many, in fact, are not only productive but actually fun.
