ABSTRACT
This chapter looks briefly at the common concerns and perceived challenges occupational therapists will likely have as they consider working with children with DME/2e. The DME-C therapy approach will be introduced with a closer look at the foundation that it rests on, in the form of the 10 Golden Nuggets. This is essential to foster a strengths-based, effective therapy approach.
