ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we will examine the following question: How can we utilize da Vinci's culture of innovation to promote innovation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution?
In order to answer this question, we have formulated three research questions:
How can emergent phenomena contribute to the development of a culture of innovation in da Vinci organization?
How can self-organization contribute to developing a culture of innovation in da Vinci organization?
How can synchronization contribute to developing a culture of innovation in da Vinci organization?
