ABSTRACT
This chapter presents some noticeable features of this book. The policy thought principles shall be the first-theory, in which the policy nature and policy itself have ben inquired through Confucian thoughts and ideologies, in which the principal ideas and concepts of policy thought have proved and discussed with the help of Confucianism. As soon after the closing comments are outlined, this chapter reexamined the policy thought theories via the State population policies, where the suggested and initiated policy thought principles could be more understandable to the audiences of this book. Nonetheless, it is apparent that the study of policy thought has been obliged to the philosophical observations and reasoned arguments rather than the empirical verification of hypotheses and/or the case studies.
