ABSTRACT

In recent years, organizations have been subjected to great pressure in dealing with challenging situations, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, and climate change. These situations often challenge organizations’ routines and everyday life, creating uncertainty, anxiety, and stress. Leaders and employees need to find ways to handle difficult situations. Value consciousness plays a role in working on emotional distress and ethical dilemmas. In this chapter, we present an ethical reflection method that can be helpful in dealing with challenging situations of uncertainty and ambiguity.
