ABSTRACT
This chapter explores approaches to gathering case data to ensure that a study’s research objectives are fulfilled and that insights from participants are utilised effectively to contribute to the development of a research case in both an ethical and impactful manner and, where appropriate, with the formal release authorisation of the organisation under review.
