ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the methodological procedures undertaken for the research in this book. Specifically, it provides an outline of the recruitment of participants (and challenges associated with this), participant demographics, information about the process of conducting semi-structured interviews and how these interviews were analysed. The chapter also discusses issues of generalisability – noting particular concerns of the diversity of the sample – and concludes with a brief note on writing style.
