ABSTRACT

The questioning techniques are framed within a positive context to promote and encourage interactive dialogue. The discovery process allows group time to reflect on past experiences and become familiar with the history of the situation, which helps provide the transition needed to look at possibilities for any situation and from diverse voices. Every time the author use the AI change model, the group becomes more energized and engaged to the point that they then become consumed in where they want to go with their goals and priorities. Their newly acquired knowledge or application of such becomes their focus, their destiny. The change model process, the action plan, and the commitment levels are guided by the participants and their creative work. The power of AI is in helping educational leaders understand that they have the capacity to change and in a positive way, where they have a choice in participating, to be involved, and to be heard.
