ABSTRACT

A holistic education includes a wide range of subjects and activities, including traditional academic subjects such as math, science, and literature as well as physical education, the arts, and practical life skills. This approach to education recognizes that there are many different ways that individuals learn and that all of these ways are important. One key aspect of holistic education is the emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This approach encourages students to think critically about the information they are presented with and to question assumptions. Another important aspect of holistic education is the emphasis on emotional and social development. This approach recognizes that individuals must be able to manage their emotions and interact effectively with others in order to be successful in life. Holistic education also emphasizes the importance of physical health and wellness. Holistic education also places a strong emphasis on the importance of the arts and the humanities.
