ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the developing role of audio leadership on projects, looking at the audio director and their responsibilities as they have changed from technical to creative and visionary. It also discusses how larger audio teams have started to specialize and share responsibilities, allowing much more focused work in specific areas of sound leadership.
