ABSTRACT

As the title suggests, this chapter helps the reader to apply the No Bullshit Therapy (NBT) Clinical Guidelines to couples, to families, and to the workplace. Given couples and families may be made up of therapy-lovers and therapy-haters, this chapter helps the reader to navigate this added complexity.

This chapter argues that the effective application of NBT principles to an organisation, or work team, can create an extraordinary atmosphere conducive to dynamic and effective decision-making. It concludes with a workplace exercise to help staff “say the unsayable” based on The Bouverie Centre, where the application of NBT principles has created a resilient, productive, and dynamic learning culture based on mutual respect, and honest and direct feedback.
