ABSTRACT
This chapter aims to discuss and highlight themes relevant to women’s educational leadership in terms of triggering and enhancing transformational changes related to social justice. Furthermore, the chapter captures the voices and initiatives of women educational leaders who are currently working to resolve multidimensional issues related to inequities. The voices show how the role of women leaders goes beyond the scope of education.
