ABSTRACT

By the end of this workbook, our hope is that you will have felt supported and comforted in your loss, that you will have grown in knowledge and experience about attachment and healthy relationships, and that you will have felt into your own pain, fear, and needs in order to befriend your emotional world. In Session 12, we review the key take-aways from each prior session to provide you with essential reminders and some practical tools to assist you in your ongoing self-reflective work. We hope that you will take your momentum forward into a life of self-acceptance and secure bonding with your special people. That is our wish for you and for all of us; all imperfect humans finding our way in life and love. It is so much easier with a hand to hold in the dark.
