ABSTRACT
This coda reflects on the history of racialized vulnerability examined in Human Insufficiency through a reading of N. K. Jemisin’s Broken Earth trilogy (2015–2017). It considers the theoretical work needed to reclaim Human insufficiency as an antiracist site of ethical and political community.
