Introduction

This introduction chapter covers the following points. First, what are the main objectives and subjectives of the book? Second, how does this research prove its arguments? Third, how is the book organized? This chapter helps the readers to understand the basic arguments of the book by providing general information about each chapter. Each chapter’s theme is explained briefly. Moreover, the dependent variables, the independent variables, and the methodology are explained. The cases—those are Tunisia and Libya—are also explored briefly in this section to demonstrate the consistency between the variables and the case selection.
