ABSTRACT

I’m feeling a little old. This book came to be because of conversations I was having with Nicole Coolican, a full-grown adult lady, my mentee. We determined that I am old enough to be her mother. I could be older than her mother, but I didn’t want to know. She soon began calling me her Work Mom, and I love it. I’m not feeling old for all of the normal reasons, though they exist too. My one knee is kinda off, and I have whole social media platforms that I don’t care to understand. I did accidentally think that this April I’d be turning 50, but as it turns out, it isn’t until 2024. Nope, not those old people things. Something different.
