ABSTRACT
The World Meteorological Organization, as part of the United Nations, is a political, as well as scientific, group. Therefore, in this little interlude, I will focus on a few of the odder politically related weather anecdotes that I have come across. I didn’t have much trouble finding such stories. Anecdotes on the political aspects of weather date back to ancient Roman days.
