ABSTRACT
Some teachers forget that what they say is heard by the student whom they teach. All educators have taught a student who has found a way to really disrupt their style of teaching or even comes across as disrespectful. We have the right to vent if we need to, but never, ever, do it in the hallways or a location where students can walk by. The fastest way to lose all respect from your students is to be overheard speaking badly about another student. Adults need to maintain themselves as a safe person.
