ABSTRACT
This chapter systematically analyzes the “iron-fisted moves for green development” in Guizhou Province, the “comprehensive governance and industrial transformation” in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, and the “classified actions and orderly withdrawal” of mineral resources in Taiyuan City, in order to explore the implementation paths to territorial comprehensive consolidation and rehabilitation in the centralized development areas for mineral resources.
