ABSTRACT
This chapter covers a set of coordinated implementation mechanisms at macro, medium, and micro scales, stressing the “point, line, and plane orientation”, “positioning, potential, and zoning”, and “micro-unit plus”. Further, it concludes with the implementation mechanisms for regional coordination of territorial comprehensive consolidation and rehabilitation in “Four Zones and One Belt”.
