ABSTRACT
This chapter elaborates on three basic types of China’s territorial comprehensive consolidation and rehabilitation, namely land consolidation, land development, and land reclamation. After reviewing the connotations, procedures, and typical cases of each basic type, the authors explore the continuation types such as integration of natural resources, environmental governance, utilization and protection of coastal zones and islands, and precision poverty alleviation.
