ABSTRACT

This section outlines content analysis as the choice of method, the sampling process, descriptions of the six case studies, the seven-step coding process, and the measurement of the study's variables. It also provides two measurements for nonverbal neutrality, the Nonverbal Neutrality Score (NNS) and the Janis–Fadner coefficient (JF), based on BET and BECV nonverbal theories. These methods can be replicated or adapted for future studies in this area.
