ABSTRACT

“Raindrop” describes a young lady’s vision of her deceased mother. The patter of raindrops on the eaves gradually lessened. Lazily, the lady get up from the bed, put on a coat, open the door, and quietly walk out. The courtyard is already full of water, and the two impatiens, which had just grown more than two and a half inches tall, have water droplets hanging all over them. There, they tremble slightly. Quietly, stepping on the bricks that small younger brother threw in the morning, step by step, the lady walk under the budding apricot tree. Splat! A big raindrop falls on her head. Following the short hair on her forehead, it rolls onto her eyelashes; a kind of astringent feeling rapidly drills into her heart! The lady feel it is blurry in front of her eyes.
