ABSTRACT

In this chapter the whole SCIP Intervention process is exemplified by describing the management of one child who participated in SCIP research. All stages from assessment through planning and the three Phases of intervention are presented. Gradual completion of the SCIP Intervention and Planning and Record Form is shown at each stage. The individualised intervention plan and information about personalisation of intervention in Phases 2 and 3 are also provided. Communication with parents and teachers is exemplified throughout the process.
