Back at the introduction is where mental health first came into the picture. It is repeated here because I think it is very important. Students have internalized so much peer pressure. Key reminders to help ease stress while keeping productive: Maintain perspective and balance among elements in one’s life. College admission is a process, but so too is attending college. Try to shed unrealistic perceptions, goals, and expectations. College is what you make it—your experience. Be kind to yourself, patient, humble, and give gratitude.
