ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we discuss what skills you might recruit to your team. Here we are talking about roles and not whether you decide to employ or sub-contract (we talk about this in Chapter 5). We will also think about how, having identified the roles, you might recruit and retain the right people who will fit your team ethos. We will also list outsourced functions you might need.
