ABSTRACT
There are two main strands to this chapter:
We revisit the introductory paragraphs in Chapter 1 where we introduce the current evidence-base and follow this up with the desire to find out more – without the luxury (or constraints!) of undertaking a research project
We begin, however, by looking in some detail at one particular profession (other than our own) and that is dentistry
