ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we will see what heat is, where it comes from, where it goes and how it is transmitted. These are basic concepts that we must understand and fully integrate before proceeding with our approach, whether in terms of our physiological needs or the treatment and regulation of heat in our habitat.
