ABSTRACT
This conclusion briefly revisits the main arguments of the book: that the latest crackdowns are a continuation of the model of economic development laid out by Deng Xiaoping, and a response to a set of challenges facing China's next 50 years of economic development that are entirely different from the previous 50 years.
