ABSTRACT

This introduction presents an overview of the key concepts discussed in the subsequent chapters of this book. The book defines and describes Great Teacher Language (GTL) and the GTL Frameworks for Transforming Student Behavior and Parent Relationships. It presents challenging classroom behavior scenarios. The book describes the Great Classroom Culture (GCC) which is built on the 11 GTL Word Categories. It presents the GCC Framework, which describes the transformational outcomes that students and parents can experience when a teacher promotes the 11 GTL Word Categories in their classroom.
