The combination of a 30-year career as an action researcher and continued development in academia has given the author a dynamic and unique perspective in the field of business model innovation, leading to a truly revolutionary method to improve medium- to large-size businesses on a regional or international scale. This book is based on extensive personal practical experience as a business consultant and the use of ongoing research methods.
