ABSTRACT

Work-life stress gives us a general picture of the effects of various types of stressors in organizations. The stressors include the following: role stress, occupational environmental stress, and occupational run-out stress. Role stress remains incomplete without the discussion on occupational environmental stress and occupational run-out stress The managerial states of a person become a worrying factor in many cases. In a broad sense, occupational environmental stress could be spelt out in different categories as stressors from: Both these stressors are important for the organization. The physical environment has to suit the demand or expectation of the doer. The doer in their pursuit to accomplish may find the physical environment not congenial to their growth; therefore, they may develop disgust and become irritated. Workplace coordinate could be properly assessed through the method of indexing. Work abundance is the measure of extra work in the organization to be undertaken by people in the organization.
