ABSTRACT

Career growth is considered the most important parameter in work life. Scope for career growth minimizes major parts of work-life stress. A study of the organizational character would place the discussion in a proper perspective offering a way out to the basic problems of work-life stress. In most cases, industrial conflict arises because of two factors: the objective condition and terms/expectations of the job and values incongruence between the person and the rest of the group. Conflicting interests in the market take all possible measures to win the battles. Communication has been spelt out as an understanding between and among the people partaking in the interactions. Interpersonal or group communication becomes stressful with bad intrinsic motives. Tolerance is an important personal value and can be seen as something that makes the organization look afresh to any problem or interaction through the examination of the context. Stressful situations arise with the commitments only towards the individual self.
