ABSTRACT

Mind experiences joy, happiness, sorrow, sufferings, shocks and endowments. The human mind is essentially an entity that is beyond vision, touch, smell, hear and taste. It is neither countable nor measurable. The human mind resembles a flower that holds the key to all the elements of thoughts and actions of life. The spiritual being, formless yet comprising a shadow form, made of light remains and resides along with the empirical body. Theory of panchakosha, or five sheaths of existence mark, the right position to analyse conditions and general qualities of mind conducive to the growth of the mental perspective of too much differentiation to a close to the oneness of the spirit of existence. The human mind creates constraints or liberates the same. Spiritual realizations occur at the level of the subtle body -which is an invisible existence remaining present within the current existence.
