ABSTRACT

Humans are not naturally political in the sense that politics is not determined by biological predispositions but by evolutions within language and the capacity for symbolic representation. This is also related to the question of education of the individual and the group. In schools, classes are evaluated by the performance of individuals and their interactions with others. Education represents the One or the principle of excellence and non-violence used for the service of the Many. The rule of talent, hard work, and meritocracy equals rule by laws and ideas and rejects oligarchy, mob rule, and despotism.
