ABSTRACT
This chapter outlines the research methodology and the rationale for choosing a case study approach. The four design tests of research quality are discussed – these being construct validity, internal validity, external validity and reliability along with the research sites, selection criteria and data sampling. The data sources, interview participants and interviews are also covered, as is the use of coding as a method of analysis.
