ABSTRACT
How do managers make sense of stakeholder management? With the case study complete, the answers to this question become apparent. And the insights derived benefit both academics in pursuit of richer theory and practitioners wishing to gain a better understanding of stakeholder management. However, as with all research, this study also has its limitations which present opportunities for further research. All this is discussed next.
