Two Prominent Punjabis in the Bombay Film Industry from Chakwal and Jhelum: R.C. Talwar and Sunil Dutt

In this instalment of my series of articles, we will discuss two outstanding personalities in cinema, hailing from pre-Partition northern Punjab. One is the longest living Punjabi now in Bombay: director, producer and scriptwriter R.C. Talwar, who was born on April 21, 1910 in Talagang, Chakwal. The other is megastar Sunil Dutt (June 6, 1929 – May 25, 2005).
