ABSTRACT
Taking the amazing achievements of Shanghai vocational school students in PISA 2009 and PISA 2012 as the starting point, this chapter discusses the value and the necessity of secondary analysis of vocational school students’ data using the PISA international database and the feasibility of international comparison of vocational education systems in major countries and regions through PISA data.
