ABSTRACT

With the development of society, Dai monastic education has undergone various changes: the content of education has become narrowed, the function has become secularized, and the management turns out to be more loosened. School education, on the other hand, started from scratch and now experiences rapid development and continuous improvement, but there are also a lot of issues to be solved, such as low motivation to attend school, serious “intermittent dropout”, low academic achievement, puppy love relationships among students, and conflicts between teachers and students. Moreover, during this process, conflicts between monastic education and school education have always existed, mainly in the areas of student source, time, outlook on life, and identity.
