ABSTRACT
The idea for this book was sparked by two of the authors (Chris and Chris) undertaking a week-long onsite continuous improvement (CI) assessment together. Reflecting on the learning and what was a wonderful experience, we came to the realization that no matter how brilliant the CI system and the leadership commitment in any organization is, there is something else integral to building and sustaining a culture of CI.
