ABSTRACT
We have highlighted how the global explosion in volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), and the pace and complexity of work, have continued to increase in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. This complexity and uncertainty are accelerating for many reasons, including climate change and the yet-not-fully understood impacts of artificial intelligence.
