ABSTRACT
The chapter concludes the work by first highlighting several of the key findings about the macro-, micro-, and systemic structure of philosophical writing (Chapters 8, 9, and 10). The chapter then contextualizes the research findings within the broader research space and discusses their significance. This includes a discussion about the ways in which philosophical writing is similar and different from writing in other disciplines. The chapter also highlights how our theoretical and methodological framework affords research insights that other approaches may miss or confound. Finally, the chapter discusses some of the limitations of our work and identifies future directions for research.
