ABSTRACT
This concluding chapter pulls together findings, analyses, and individual conclusions and views them from the Street Level Bureaucracy (SLB) lens to develop the study's major conclusions, and implications. The chapter comprises two primary sections of big conclusions that discuss the two main conclusions derived from the study's findings, analyses, and individual conclusions. The second ensuing section details the implications that include (a) implications for practice and policy, (b) theoretical implications, and (c) implications for future research. The chapter wraps up with a summarizing conclusion that outlines (a) study objective and (b) study's startling conclusions and their possible reasons.
