ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we delve further into the critical role of project leadership and its various forms. We draw attention to the most successful project team leadership models, and the associated responsibilities placed on analytical and engineering project team managers seeking to draw the greatest potential from their team. To help frame the value of inherent and gained knowledge from various activities in team project work, we discuss the well-established concept of transactive memory systems. We outline how the consideration of such systems relates to the evolution of teams as well as the shared documentation of The OUtCoMES Cycle S-A3.
