ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we capitalize on our consideration of Managerial and Analytical Objectives, and advance conceptually on the levers that may allow us to pursue them (Utilities). We also consider the nature of the impacts that the use of such levers can entail, individually and collectively (Connections). Specifically, we apply a similar rationalization to the prioritization of Utilities as we did in our scrutiny of Candidate Objectives. We also delve into the myriad of complex relational dimensions that can characterize Connections, including risk, constraints, lags, and feedback. We further introduce how these details can be captured through S-A3 documentation.
