ABSTRACT
This chapter introduces interactive information writing that communicates information without using fictional storytelling techniques. The aspects of interactive information examined in this chapter include: definitions of interactive information writing; how to define your project goal by considering business context, data, and users; and techniques to achieve common interactive information communication goals.
